Back in the early 90's, digital printing was relatively unheard of.  Richard Wechter saw an opportunity and was one of the first to introduce digital printing to the outdoor advertising industry.   The logos on the design above were reproduced and were placed on a painted bulletin.  Also note the neon phone number.
